All of the Chinese antique pieces found at Pacific Orient Traders are genuine antiques and most date from the 1800s. Products of the Qing Dynasty, they have been sourced from the countryside of China and most are made from Elm and Chinese Fir wood. Each piece has been refinished in China by a Master Craftsman with multiple coats of a protective lacquer finish to prevent further cracking and warping.
